The Fungitecture Website ("the Website") is defined by those pages whose URL begins with http://www.fungitecture.com/, as with this page, or https://www.fungitecture.com/.

Are there any Terms and Conditions governing my use of the Fungitecture Website?
Our Legal section contains documents governing your use of the Website. Before using the Fungitecture Website, you are advised to read our Terms of Use governing your use of the Website. By using the Website, you have agreed to our Terms of Use.

Does the Fungitecture Website have a Privacy Policy?
Our Privacy Policy is contained in our Ethics document.

Is my personal information safe on your site?
Our servers are housed in secure premises and all data is stored on password-protected computers using password-protected softwares and industry-standard encryption. We use PayPal to process credit cards, who do not forward your credit card information on to us.

Is my personal information ever shared with anyone else?
All personal information collected by us is used strictly in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not sell or give your information to any third party, except to those engaged in processing or shipping your order, or as may be required by law.

Does the Fungitecture Website use cookies?
Yes. A cookie is a small text file that our server places on your hard drive to identify and track requests from the user to the website, but which is usually too small to contain personal information or malicious code. Many websites use cookies to remember a browser between page visits, to define patterns of site usage, and to assist with the ordering process, such as shopping cart and checkout facilities. Most browsers come already setup to automatically accept cookies, but this feature can be disabled/enabled at will, and most modern browsers can be set to delete all cookies at the end of a session.

What about links to other websites and services?
The Fungitecture Website may provide links to third-party websites that are not under our control. These third-party websites may have their own terms and conditions and other policies governing your use of their website, that you should read at the earliest opportunity. Fungitecture cannot accept responsibility for the content or operations of any third-party website.

What forms of payments do you accept?
We use PayPal to process credit card payments, so whatever PayPal accepts is generally OK with us. PayPal can also handle other forms of payment and currency conversions. Australian customers may also pay by Direct Deposit, by cheque or money order from any Australian bank or Australia Post, or by cash. However, due to processing times and potential costs, we do not accept personal or business cheques, or cheques or money orders from foreign sources.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are required by law to charge Goods and Services Tax (GST) on all Australian orders, unless tax exempt. Overseas orders, and Gift Certificates wherever purchased, are not subject to GST.

What happens if I place an order and an item is out of stock?
We will contact you via email with advice regarding if and when the item will be restocked, or whether an alternative is available. Depending on the circumstances, we may suspend your payment, provide you with a credit note, or cancel your order and provide a full refund. If you wish, we can notify you via email when the item is once more in stock. We try hard to keep our inventory up to date, but we cannot predict the flow of business.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
While we aim to despatch your order within 24 hours receipt of payment, the delivery time for your order may vary according to your location, the shipping method selected, and a host of other factors too numerous to mention. An estimate of shipping time is given at the time of placing an order.

Do you have a return policy?
Yes. Our Returns Policy is contained in our Terms of Sale document.

Will you solicit me by email if I order from your site?
No. We will never solicit you by email. If you choose to subscribe to our Fellows of FungiTecture newsletter, you may receive occassional updates to our products, services and other offerings for the duration of your subscription. However, the main aim of our newsletter is to inform subscribers of major developments in our activities, rather than solicit sales. You may subscribe, unsubscribe or re-subscribe to our newsletter at any time and we will immediately comply with your request.

How come you do not provide a phone number?
We do not list a phone number on our site because we do not have the resources to take orders, give customer support or answer other queries by phone. Currently, we only take orders through our online shop and only provide customer support and answer queries via email. This situation may change if we can find an economical and reliable way of providing telephone services.

What if I have other questions that are not listed here?
Please feel free to contact us via email and we will gladly answer any questions you may have.
